Dermatoepidemiology

Dermatoepidemiology is the investigation of skin ailment at the population level. One part of Dermatoepidemiology is the determination of the worldwide growth of skin diseases. From 1990 to 2013, skin disease has constituted around 2% of aggregate worldwide disease disability as measured in disability-adjusted life years (DALYs).
